CircleConnect · Last updated 4 September 2026
CircleConnect turns a group you are already part of — a society, an alumni batch, a
workplace — into a directory of who can do what. This page says exactly what we store,
why, and how to get it removed. It covers both the Android app
(com.rslabs.circleconnect) and the website.
This is the core promise of the product. Other members see your name and whatever you put in your profile — never your number, and never a list of numbers. When someone contacts you, the app opens WhatsApp’s own share sheet and they choose the chat themselves.
These providers process data on our behalf in order to run the service. Nobody else receives it.
So that photos load quickly in the app and on the web, they are stored at unguessable web addresses that do not require a login. The addresses are not listed anywhere and cannot be browsed, but anyone given a photo’s exact link could open it. If that matters to you, do not add a photo — everything else in the app works without one.
You can leave any circle from its settings screen; your profile is removed from that circle’s directory immediately. To delete your account and every trace of it — including your phone number, all profiles and any photos — email riyazshaikh16in@gmail.com from a message mentioning the number you signed up with. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Full instructions and exactly what is removed: Delete your account.
Your profile is kept while you are a member of at least one circle. If you delete your account, it is removed. Anonymous usage events are kept in aggregate to understand how the product is used.
CircleConnect is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, we will update the date at the top of this page.
