Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Quack Dash mobile game (the “App”, package com.rslabs.quackdash), developed by RS Labs (“we”, “us”), handles your information. We built Quack Dash to be a simple, fun endless runner. We do not require an account, we do not show ads, and we do not use any advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.

In short: Quack Dash works without a login. Your game progress is stored on your own device. The only data that leaves your device is the nickname and best scores you choose to put on the public global leaderboard.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum needed to run the game and the optional online leaderboard.

a) Stored locally on your device (never sent to us):

b) Sent to our leaderboard service (only when you finish a run):

This information is shown publicly on the in-game global leaderboard (“Ranks”), where other players can see your nickname and scores.

We do NOT collect:

No email or phone No name or address No location No contacts No photos / files No advertising ID No ads No analytics No account / login

2. Device Permissions

The App does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions.

3. How We Use the Information

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. Third-Party Services

The online leaderboard is powered by Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. The leaderboard data listed above is stored on Google’s servers. Google processes this data as our service provider. You can review Google’s practices in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and the Google Privacy Policy.

The App contains no advertising networks, no analytics, and no social-media SDKs.

5. Data Retention & Your Choices

6. Children’s Privacy

Quack Dash is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only player-provided data is a freely chosen nickname, which players are advised not to make personally identifying. If you believe a child has submitted identifying information, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Security

Leaderboard data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored by Google Firebase. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we keep the data we handle to the minimum described above.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
